St. Louis Lambert International Airport Terminal 1 Garage Repairs

Project included non-destructive condition appraisals of columns, post-tensioned slabs, beams and expansion joints. EDM provided project management through three-year construction period and served as lead consultant in rehabilitation process.

St. Louis Lambert International Airport Terminal 2 Expansion

The project consisted of 10-gate expansion, elevated roadway and garage and 1,250-car, 2-story, 400,000 sf parking garage that connects to Metrolink station. Structural design included post-tensioned, cast-in-place concrete slabs and beams. The foundation system consisted of steel piles extending to bedrock.

Williams Center Garage, Tulsa, OK

New, six level parking structure, 335,000 sf, 1,100 parking spaces and two pedestrian bridges connecting to plaza level and power plant. Structural design included pretopped precast double tees with precast beams, columns and shear walls.
