With over 45 years of professional experience, Steve's specialties include historic restorations, educational structures, industrial facilities, government buildings, condition assessments, space planning, interior renovations, design-build consultation, and unique products.

As Director of EDM's Project Management Services, Steve's responsibilities include providing coordination between client and project team so that projects progress on time and on budget.  Serving as the direct client liaison, he is particularly skilled in serving institutional and corporate clients.

Steve has a keen expertise in historic restorations: he lives in an 1850s log house in Wildwood, on which he has completed renovations and restorations.  Steve is also on the Historical Preservation Commission for the City of Wildwood, and is currently involved in the relocation and reconstruction of an 1800s log cabin donated to the City.
