About the role
We are seeking a full time Civil Engineer.
Qualifications:
-
B.S. Civil or Water Resources Engineering (M.S. a plus)
-
3 years experience (6 to 8 preferred) in the study and design of WRE projects
-
Registered EIT or PE
-
Proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, and MS Office
-
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-
Working knowledge of hydrology and hydraulic software
-
Ability to prepare plans, specifications and cost estimates
-
Knowledge of MSD's Plan Preparation Guidelines & Specifications preferred
-
U.S. citizen or legal alien worker

Structural Engineer
About the team
Our structural engineering group provides design on a variety of projects, including government, commercial, recreational and institutional facilities.
About the role
As an EDM structural Engineer you will be responsible for the structural analysis and design of new and existing structural systems as well as ensure the designs are compliant with applicable codes.
We're excited about you because you:

Possess strong communication and presentation skills

have minimum of five years of experience in structural building design

have a BS or MS in Structural Engineering
-
are a licensed PE, or EIT, with the intent of pursuing the PE
-
are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
-
are proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
-
are proficient in using various structural analysis and design software
