Ted leads EDM’s mechanical and plumbing design, and as a Project Manager, has a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. His project portfolio includes commercial, institutional, government, large campus central utility plants and high-rise buildings.  

 

Ted’s experience includes a thorough knowledge of engineering software packages including AutoCAD, Revit, Trane Trace for heating and cooling load calculations; DOE-2 and eQuest for energy modeling; and WaterCAD for hydraulic analysis.  Ted has been involved in almost every mechanical engineering project at EDM since joining the firm.
